Immediate start
- Rostered 7.6hr shifts, Monday to Friday for
**Afternoon shift.**

**Line Leader Position**
As a Line Leader, you meet operation demands by instructing a small team of Production Operators. Reporting to senior management you will be responsible for meeting output requirements, motivating team members and identifying skills gaps to upskill and improve team capability as required.

**The Successful Applicant has the following**:

- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Ability to motivate, direct and coach Production Operators.
- Strong relationship building ability. Clear, concise and effective communication skills.
- Staff training skills.
- Ability to communicate goals, timeframes and output requirements to the team at the beginning of each shift as well as update management of production status at regular intervals.
- Experience in optimising production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
- Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to comply with all Safety and Quality requirements.
- Forklift license
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
