**About Endeavour Foundation Industries (EFI)**
- Endeavour Foundation’s Work Portfolio operates over 30 commercial operations across the Eastern seaboard, covering a diverse product mix, predominantly in Packaging, Document Destruction, Recycling and Manufacturing to commercial customers.
- Our EFI operations provides employment opportunities for people with disability who want to achieve personal employment outcomes aligned to their NDIS plan

**A little bit about the role**

As a Production Operator/Team lead you will take a person-centred approach, demonstrating empathy and patience while balancing the need to meet commercial outcomes. If you are someone with Disability Services experience looking for something a little different then please get in touch Other key responsibilities will include:

- Supervising, motivating and encouraging employees while understanding and developing individual capabilities
- Liaising with management to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met
- Operating machinery and overseeing product quality
- Engaging in the manufacturing process ensuring appropriate set up, production and shut down of equipment

**What you will bring to the role**:

- You are a true people person who is passionate, patient, empathetic and resilient, ideally with some experience of disability services.
- Coaching and mentoring skills to help guide employees through their daily tasks and empower them to live their best lives
- Physically fit due to the demands of the role
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team
- Forklift ticket desirable
- Disability services experience or knowledge would be beneficial
