**This could be an opportunity for someone who loves doing a variety of work, who is a natural trouble shooter and loves getting their hands dirty.**

Reporting to the ICT Manager and working alongside our ICT Officer you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Clubs’ hardware. These technologies include but are not limited to:

- Phones (mobile and fixed)
- The Club’s CCTV equipment
- Advertising TV’s and menu boards
- PC’s, printers and photocopiers
- Tablets
- Audio Visual and sound equipment (inclusive of the Club’s equipment used for our many shows)
- Projectors etc

The successful applicant must be able to provide ongoing support to users providing this support both online and face to face. Strong time management, communication and organizational skills are required with the ability to keep pace with and keep in step within a busy and time critical work environment.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following Competencies:

- Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Setup and configure new computers, phones and devices
- Perform User and Network Administration
- Assist in the evaluation, testing & installation of hardware
- Ensure that system security is maintained in accordance with procedures
- Maintain the Club’s hardware register including technical records, procedures, upgrades and equipment

The ideal applicants will love to be organised and be able to demonstrate experience working successfully across many departments and be available as the business requires their expertise. You do not have to be qualified for this position but be able to demonstrate to us your passion and curiosity for all things technology based.

You must be a person that enjoys being hands on. We are not looking for someone who supports our internal stakeholders from behind a desk.
