Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring prompt responses to tenant and landlord queries.
- Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance requests, liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople.
- Conduct periodic inspections, entry and exit condition reports, and ensure reports are properly documented.
- Maintain accurate records in our property management system and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Communicate with clients professionally and efficiently, ensuring all parties are informed and satisfied.
- Support the Property Management team with administrative tasks and assist with team projects when required.

Qualifications:

- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (or willingness to attain)
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver's License
- Ability to work on Saturdays
