Day to Day Responsibilities

The Property Officers main role is to support the Property Manager with their portfolio.

Being an important position within the company, your key duties and responsibilities include:

Leasing of properties

Routine inspections

Property Management Administration

Skills & Requirements

Real estate experience is essential for this full-time position, working 5 days includes Saturday with a rostered day off during week, with other key requirements of;

Current Real Estate Certificate as an Assistant Agent or Licence Agent

Current Drivers Licence

Reliable vehicle

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional time management skills

Strong team player with willingness to contribute when needed
