DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Warehouse Operator, Logistics in Truganina.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play an integral part in ensuring customers goods are picked and packed, inbound/outbound shipment accuracy and that all associated paperwork is completed as per procedures. We have full-time roles for Counterbalance and High Reach Operators.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Master the operation of forklifts for efficient order picking and stock replenishment.
- Utilize picking slips to locate and pick stock, ensuring accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Take charge of unloading/loading vehicles and orchestrating the seamless movement of goods within the warehouse - Maintain an unwavering commitment to 100% accuracy during stock picking, stock takes, and cycle counts.
- Keep our computer system updated with precision and efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to operational procedures, ensuring smooth warehouse operations at all times.
- Uphold warehouse cleanliness standards and perform daily safety checks to ensure a secure working environment.
- Act swiftly to report any spillages, damaged items, or suspicious goods.
- Prioritize safety by promptly reporting all incidents, accidents, and near misses.

**About you**:

- Previous experience as a Forklift operator (particularly High Reach and counterbalance).
- Valid forklift license is required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
