Role Summary:
Warehouse Logistics SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by overcoming daily logistical challenges.
As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in meeting customer expectations and driving business growth.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Processing both inbound and outbound orders
- Timely replenishment of stock levels
- Operating hand-held technology such as RF scanners
- Using WMS to print labels and check data
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all incoming and outgoing orders
- Following client SOPs to meet customer expectations and minimize stock damage
- Supporting the operation during stocktakes as required
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures including hazard awareness
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience working in a high-volume 3PL warehouse environment
- Hold a valid forklift license (high reach) and LO (order picker)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service
- Understanding of the importance of adhering to WHS policies and procedures
