As such we are looking for another unique individual to join our PALM Team as a Regional Manager looking after our clients and workers across Regional Victoria & South Australia. Reporting into the National Operations Manager this role is NOT your typical 9 to 5 recruitment role. You will coach and mentor a team of Pastoral Care Co-originators enabling them to deliver the after hours welfare support required to our Pacific Island and Timor-Leste workers. Additionally you will be a vital escalation point for all client queries in your region ensuring we deliver on our excellent service standards.
