**About the position**

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be accountable for delivering impeccable client service satisfaction in relation to superannuation. This dual role will incorporate daily administration duties as well as taking customer queries with a strong quality focus. This is a temporary role for up to 6 months with the possibility of permanency.

This role offers varied duties and is quality service-driven as opposed to stat's driven.

To secure this opportunity, you will need to have the following:

- Proven Call Centre or Client Service experience
- Impeccable communication skills
- Admin office experience

As you will be communicating with members, your enthusiastic manner and exceptional communication skills will ensure your success in this dynamic and supportive team.

**To be successful within the team you will need**:

- RG146 in Superannuation desired
- Proven experience in a contact centre/administration environment
- Understanding of superannuation required
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal direction
- Resilient and easily adaptable to change

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Police Check and Bankruptcy check before commencing in the role and must have unrestricted work rights.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
