We’re looking for someone that can head up our promoter team whilst assisting the Marketing Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding where we're headed and how we'll get there
- Building and managing a team of promoters to oversee on week-to-week basis.
- Oversee events and promotional activities, ensuring they're executed.
- Liaise with marketing team on creative ideas and manage engaging content across all platforms, leveraging influencer relationships and targeting our audience.
- Keep our promoter team on track, delivering compelling content and offers to our audience.
- Analyse data and insights to shape future campaigns and strategies.

Key Requirements:

- You live and breathe the La La Land lifestyle.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communication, or Brand Management is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing / brand management
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent time management skills and a knack for prioritizing tasks
- A self-motivated team player who's always striving for improvement.
- Work closely with Entertainment, Marketing departments
