**About the role**:
A rare opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team based in Richmond.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the equity, growth, and profitability for an exciting wine portfolio through the co-creation and implementation of category and brand plans.
**As a Brand Manager, your responsibilities include**:
- Contribute to the equity, grown and profitability of your portfolio through the creation and implementation of category and brand plans
- Product portfolio responsibility and management
- Innovation and execution of new product and packaging development
- Collaboratively work with internal and external customers
- Lead the development and implementation of all national communications and media campaigns
**Skills and Experiences**:
**We’re looking for the following skills and experience**:
Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field
Experience in a marketing-related position
Strong analytic capability and project management skills
Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Flexible and motivated with the ability to work under pressure
Flexibility to travel to Milawa and interstate semi-regularly
Sense of humour/fun
Attention to detail
Current driver’s licence
The ideal person enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, likes to be challenged, and values the opportunity to make a difference. You will possess:
- Proven track record in the wine or FMCG industry
- Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and legislative requirements
- Love of and/or interest in wine
