**The opportunity**:
We are on the lookout for a
**Social Media Coordinator** to join our Digital team Reporting directly to Marketing Manager, this role is to help grow our online footprint for our Black Pepper, Yarra Trail and Marco Polo brands. Under the guidance of our Marketing Manager, we’re looking for someone to own content in the digital space through photoshoots, influencer marketing, and execution of posts across all social platforms.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to manage the content calendar and create posts accordingly
- Develop social media captions across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Use scheduling tool, Iconosquare, to schedule posts and ensure content goes out at an optimal time
- Set goals for growth, report on key metrics and engage stakeholders in social media analytics
- Proactively communicate and identify opportunities relating to social media trends and influencers and conduct regular competitor analysis
- Manage the coordination of seasonal photoshoots, including assisting on creative direction, engaging talent, collaborating with a stylist and photographer, and carrying out all operational tasks
- Carry the seasonal creative into flat lay content production through relaying briefs, selecting product, and liaising with photographers in execution
- Own influencer outreach and management including working with the Marketing Manager to ensure all documentation and briefings are correct and up to date, maintaining the influencer planning document, managing all communications, organising fittings and sending product, filing imagery, compiling post analytics and invoicing
- Coordinating organic, grass-roots content by keeping up to date with the latest drops, conducting store visits and creating ad hoc imagery as required
- Ad hoc administrative tasks such as image filing, managing working documents, running reports, ordering and returning stock

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- Experience on Adobe platforms and demonstrated graphic design skills highly favoured
- High attention to detail and a personal interest in design
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a B2C social media account
- Strong communication and written skills and a proven ability to use a brand’s voice
- Innovative thinking and a proactive mindset
- Knowledge of key social media metrics and experience in generating reports
- A strategic approach to growth and a proven history of growing social media following and engagement
- An ability to take feedback constructively and work collaboratively with a team
