**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the General Manager of Shoe Warehouse the
**Marketing Manager** leads the Shoe Warehouse marketing team and drives the marketing strategy and brand plans across major brand campaigns, advertising, public relations, partnerships, VM, digital and social media initiatives. We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand's marketing strategies and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Management of content calendar across the brand
- Ensure consistency of content and brand identity across all platforms
- Ownership of all EDMs Segmentation and customer experience
- Lead the Graphic Designer and manage the workflow of the Graphic Designer and ensure that the work produced is in keeping with brand guidelines and identity.
- Creative direction and coordination of flat lay and seasonal shoots for SWH
- Manage the marketing budget across the brand
- Social media management and upkeep
- Store signage and centre outreach for SWH
- VM management including communication of clear instructions to stores
- Work with the stores to ensure their individual marketing needs are meet
- Oversee the roll out of the store rebranding exercise
- Work together with the General manager and the store refurbishing team to ensure that the refurb is in line with the rebranding guidelines
- Development and implementation of our long term marketing plan
**The skills and experience you offer us**:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing and web store marketing
- Experience in marketing essential
- Visual merchandising experience
- Flexibility, you will be able to pivot quickly and show a willingness to take on new tasks
- An obsession with detail and excellent communication skills verbally and through design
- A constructive approach to feedback and experience working collaboratively
