**Location**:Callaghan Campus and Hunter Research Medical Institute, New Lambton Heights.

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating collaborative bids, using effective engagement strategies and communication to inform, guide, and motivate various audiences.

In this role you will:

- Manage the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities to developing stakeholder engagement strategies and assisting with writing and editing proposals.
- Enhance research excellence and impact.
- This fixed term position is full time until October 2026, and will be located at the Callaghan Campus and HMRI._

**What we offer**:
The remuneration for this position is from $112,112 to $130,798 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
