Manage day-to-day operations of the TRaCE program to deliver strategic objectives

**Be challenged and imagine with us**:
We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the day-to-day operations for the Trailblazer for Recycling and Clean Energy (TRaCE) Program. This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic leadership role in a high-impact program, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive meaningful outcomes.

In this role you will:

- Oversee the daily operations of the program, including supervising project staff, managing reporting processes, and monitoring KPIs and research outcomes.
- Lead planning and coordination across the program’s activities, ensuring effective processes and timely, high-quality outputs.
- Provide high-level strategic advice to support the TRaCE Director and team in delivering on the Program’s milestones.
- Foster internal and external partnerships and collaborations, achieving common goals and positive partnership outcomes.
- This fixed term position until June 2027, is full time, and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land)._

**How will you inspire us?**:
You will have:

- Proven experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of delivering strategic and operational outcomes.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build productive relationships.
- Strong communication skills including demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and support to senior management.
- Strong financial and planning capabilities, including managing budgets, reporting, and operational performance.

**What we offer**:
The remuneration for this position is from $136,030 to $145,745 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
