- MEDICAL BOOKINGS COORDINATOR
- Primary Purpose of the role
- Ensures Medical Service tickets are actioned according to agreed KPI’s, leveraging Hubspot as a tool to track and prioritise workload
- Keeps stakeholders informed of ticket progress towards resolution
- Proactively steps in to take queued calls to support the team
- Takes ownership of complex queries and identifies opportunities to improve
- Timely and appropriate escalation to Manager and/or Program Manager
- Engages with providers to deliver Injury bookings according to agreed client SLA’s and DHS protocols
- Engages with providers to deliver Pre-Employment Medical Assessments according to agreed client SLA’s and DHS protocols
- Engages with Client and Providers to co-ordinate onsite and in clinic Drug and Alcohol testing programs according to agreed client SLA’s and DHS protocols
- Identifies the most cost-effective providers to deliver services balanced with client pricing and agreed SLA timeframes
- Escalates client and provider delays and service issues to Program Manager or General Manager Operations
