Institute of Science Management and Technology is seeking energetic, motivated, confident and outgoing Trainer and Assessor to provide a high standard of delivery and assessments to aspiring international students for the following qualification:

- Diploma of Emergency Health Care

Training location is in Parramatta/Liverpool. The available positions are for trainers/ assessors who will be assigned student groups that will be timetabled according to the training plans and availability. Duties include but are not limited to:

- **Deliver Training**: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both theoretical and practical, in emergency health care.
- **Conduct Assessments**: Evaluate student performance through various assessment methods, including written tests, practical demonstrations, and assignments.
- **Student Support**: Provide guidance and support to students, offering feedback and additional help as needed to facilitate their learning journey.
- **Resource Development**: Develop and update training materials and resources to ensure they are current and relevant.
- **Compliance and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and other administrative tasks to comply with regulatory requirements.
- **Industry Engagement**: Stay updated with industry trends and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to ensure the training program remains relevant and effective.
- **Professional Development**: Continuously improve your own skills and knowledge through professional development activities.

Necessary qualifications:

- **Relevant Health Care Qualification**: Hold a qualification in emergency health care, such as the HLT51020 Diploma of Emergency Health Care or a higher qualification like a Bachelor of Paramedic Science.
- **Training and Assessment Certification**: Possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or its equivalent.
- **Industry Experience**: Have practical experience in emergency health care, such as working as a paramedic or emergency medical technician.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest practices and regulations in emergency health care.
- **Registration and Accreditation**: Be registered with relevant professional bodies and meet any accreditation requirements set by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
