**Early Childhood Education and care and First Aid Trainer and assessor**

Integrity College (RTO 4527) provides quality VET courses to domestic students. Due to adding courses to our scope, we are looking for qualified and experienced Trainers/Assessors for following faculties:

- Early Childhood Education and Care
- First Aid

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Deliver and assess certificate III in education and care, and diploma of Early childhood education and care
- Assess and address the varied learning needs of each student
- Engage and support students to progress through their course
- Participate in assessment validation
- Marking of hard copy and online assessments
- Keeping and up to date Trainer Profile (Matrix)
- Ongoing professional development

**Qualifications and Skills Requirements**:

- Must hold **TAE40116** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent inclusive of TAEASS502 and TAELLN411
- Relevant and **current** industry qualifications and training experience
- Current industry experience in the concerned field
- Evidence of ongoing professional development (VET and industry)
- Knowledge of the AQTF and ASQA requirements
- A Working with Children Check

**Experience**:

- Training and Assessing in the VET sector - minimum 2 years
- Industry experience - minimum 3 years
