**About Our Client**:
One of the world's leading-edge dental companies offering integrated solutions to support dentists, dental technicians and dental hygienists.

Reporting to an interstate manager, this role would suit someone who is process driven and works autonomously. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Deliver prompt and professional solutions
- Entering customer order data on a business to business/customer basis
- Assisting customers with specific product enquiries and issue resolution
- Order processing and stock management
- Support the coordination of operational and administrative delivery
- Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
- Internal liaising with warehouse, sales and finance to enhance the customer experience
- Some dispatch assistance on occasion
- Outbound calls to update customers on the status of their orders and processing order credits

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Customer Service Orientation - Proactively develop customer relationships, making the effort to listen, understand and anticipate customer needs providing solutions to their issues
- SAP/Salesforce experience highly regarded
- Prior dental industry experience an advantage
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and service quality
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
