**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Don’t want to be stuck behind a desk? Have a passion for vehicles of all shapes and sizes? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Salisbury Plain, 5109 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm. You will mostly be working in the vehicles warehouse and will work closely with your team to:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch
- Assisting gatehouse with administrative tasks for incoming and outgoing assets
- Managing quality assurance with all asset deliveries
- Managing the movement of assets across to site to ensure all KPI’s are met
- Ensure high attention to detail and accuracy in using Company computer system as part of your daily work
- Ensure high quality sale photos are completed for sale assets
- Removing decals from assets
**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Passion for cars, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
- Current & valid manual drivers' license (essential)
- Attention to detail
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
