About the role
Do you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps the office running smoothly? We're looking for a friendly and reliable Office Services Assistant to support our busy Brisbane office. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the Operations team to deliver high-quality service, assist with daily office needs, and help create a positive experience for our people.
Support day-to-day office operations, maintaining a professional front-of-house presence.
Assist with meeting room bookings, setups, and pack downs for internal functions and events.
Provide reception relief and manage incoming telephone enquiries
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring accurate handling and distribution.
Work with the Marketing team to support smooth delivery of events, including setup and pack down.
Organise catering for meetings, training sessions, and events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Maintain kitchen areas to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
Monitor and manage stock levels for kitchen and catering supplies, including ordering and restocking.
Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Services team as needed.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
Previous experience in a similar office support or customer-facing role is ideal, however backgrounds in front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service are highly valued.
Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office and developed computer literacy.
High level of attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude with a genuine desire to help and support others.
Understand the value of creating a welcoming, professional environment for all.
