**The Opportunity**

Chandler Macleod is looking to engage a
**Enrolment Officer** for an intial contract term of
**3 months with possibility of extension** with a well-established local council. This role will be based in
**Seven Hills.**

The main focus will be to support the existing enrolment team with the following tasks:

- To serve and convert a wait-list enquiry to an enrolment for Kids’ Early Learning (KEL) by providing information, advice and an offer regarding KEL services that matches customer preferences and available vacancies.
- To coordinate the enrolment process for new customers liaising between services, the customer service team and KEL management to maximise enquiry potential and drive the acquisition of new customers.
- KEL wait-list and enrolment service meet the objectives of KEL in accordance with Operational Plans and Budget.

Desirable skills to have:

- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or Child Care )
- Knowledge of early childhood education and care applicable legislation/regulations
- Above average communication skills
