- What’s the job?
- The Readmissions Officer will provide high-level administrative support in relation to student services and enrolment processes. The role focuses on the critical administrative tasks associated with a student’s enrolment record, with a focus on accuracy of data and compliance with internal and external processes and procedures.
- It is a requirement of this role to maintain compliance with Admission Policy Requirements and Australian Government Legislative Requirements and provide high levels of customer service and attention to detail ensuring the highest standard of delivery to all stakeholders both internal and external.
- The role encompasses liaison with students, agents, third party partners, corporate partners and university partners. This is a role which requires a very high level of product and industry knowledge relating to all aspects of student education and training.

- Accountabilities:
- Responsible for processing new and continuing student change requests including the assessment and issuing of admissions documentation within agreed turnaround timelines, domestic and international admission requirements, procedures and standards.- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of student requests, eCoEs and offer letters in order to maximise the conversion of enquiries into offers and enrolments.- Liaising with onshore and offshore stakeholders, partners and potentially education agents to; gather related documentation, communicate outcomes and feedback, issue offer letters and CoEs, and conduct appropriate follow up where needed.- Ensure all agent and student queries are dealt with in a professional and expeditious manner.- Maintain accurate student records using student information systems (SIS) and processes to ensure all databases are kept up to date with accurate and detailed information.
- We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar position within the education sector- Relevant experience and education and/or training- Proven organisational skills with an ability to manage competing deadlines while working under- pressure- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality- Effective communication skills and the ability to give directions and follow instructions.-
- Customer focused and able to deliver a high level of service to internal and external customers.- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to analyse, assess and review- objectively- Ability to work within existing guidelines, policies and procedures- With guided training, ability to generate reports using Powerbi and excel.
