**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing - Corporate, the Marketing Intern will work closely with the marketing & communications team and wider organisation to accelerate HammondCare’s goal to shape the sector and reach those in need whose lives would be improved by our care services.

This role contributes to the implementation of marketing programs and campaigns to drive organisational goals and engage with our audiences across different channels, platforms, and assets.

The Marketing Intern is a **part-time 12 months contract,** entry level position. The position will suit a student studying a marketing, communications or relevant business degree in their final year/s, who may have previous internship or other on-the-job marketing experience.

- An analytical, problem-solver with good decision-making skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- An empathetic and compassionate person who has a heart for Australians in need
- Demonstratable digital marketing and content marketing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and experience with marketing automation platforms and design programs a bonus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Able to understand data and make recommendations to inform planning for the team
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s mission, motivation and mission in action
