**What this job involves**:
We have a terrific opportunity to join an outstanding team. Based at our head office on Collins street, from home or remotely from site as required you will be looking after an Industrial portfolio of commercial properties around Melbourne, working closely with the property operations team.

The Property Services Supervisor is to co-ordinate the day to day operations of a cross section of operational and safety aspects of the portfolio, overseeing the implementation and adherence to established policies, Capital Expenditure projects and procedures across each asset.

In co-ordination with the Property Services Manager and Property Manager, this role requires travel to numerous Victorian industrial properties for tenant liaison and contractor supervision.

**Main responsibilities include**:
Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities
Ensure compliance with Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety requirements
Conducting effective and efficient management of all property services and other works required to be carried out within the properties.
Managing and operating the Properties in a manner which continuously improves the performance of the Properties and reduces effects on the environment
Be actively involved in the development and maintenance of a property due diligence programs including reporting any works required to the relevant team members.
Co-ordinate specialist contractors to ensure they comply with their contract terms and conditions and nominated scope of works.
Travel through Knoxfield, Noble Park, Derrimut, Altona, Trugananina
Assist the Management team with the accurate scoping and forecasting of current and future Capital Works projects.
In consultation with the Management Team, assist with the preparation of annual property operations and capital works budgets and monitoring and updating budgets on a quarterly basis.

**We are looking for someone who**:
Is highly energised, driven, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Has a positive approach to meeting client’s needs whilst managing tenant expectations.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a friendly and pleasant demeanor
An unrestricted driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
Willingness to learn and respond to feedback
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
