**What this opportunity involves**:
The Property Services Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of all operational aspects of the property, and the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures.

You will be based at Melbourne Quarter Tower, a Prime Commercial Asset located in Docklands with a total NLA of approximately 72,000sqm.
The building management team comprises a General Manager, Finance Manager, Property Services Supervisor and a Customer Relationship Manager.

**An overview of the role**:
Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices
Obtain certification for essential services and prepare necessary documentation
Maintain compliance with Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety requirements
Efficiently manage property services, inspections, and repairs
Oversee specialist contractors and procurement activities
Develop and maintain a property due diligence program
Implement and maintain planned preventative maintenance systems and other information databases
Contribute to energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives
Manage tenant refurbishment processes, adhering to health and safety regulations
Embrace and promote the property and corporate WHS program
Prepare and monitor property operations and capital works budgets
Provide input for monthly reports and ensure timely delivery
Uphold high standards for environmental ratings and certifications

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable.
Trade Certificate will be favourably considered.
Strong ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Customer service-oriented approach with the ability to manage tenant expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
