AGC Interior is a design and fit out company based in Regents Park, NSW specialising in commercial projects.

We are looking for a Professional Interior Architect with experience in the built environment industry and is available to work on a full time basis.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Commercial Projects Design and Drafting**:

- Engage in the conceptualization and development of design solutions for commercial spaces.
- Have an advanced skill in Autocad and execute precise drafting tasks, including plans, elevations, details, and shop drawings, adhering to industry standards and project requirements.
- **3D Modeling and Rendering**:

- Utilise advanced skills in SketchUp and V-Ray software to create realistic and visually appealing 3D models and renderings.
- Enhance project presentations and communication through high-quality visual representations.
- **Material Specification, Sourcing, and Ordering**:

- Collaborate with the design team to identify suitable materials and finishes for projects.
- Facilitate the sourcing and procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials within budget constraints.
- **Support for Design and Construction Teams**:

- Assist design and construction teams throughout various project phases, providing technical expertise and coordination support.
- Contribute to the seamless integration of design concepts into construction documentation and implementation.

**Client Communication and Collaboration**:

- Address client feedback and incorporate revisions to ensure alignment with expectations and objectives.
- **Regulatory Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards throughout the design and approval process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of demonstrated experience in the Australian interior design industry, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with advanced skills in producing accurate and detailed drawings.
- Expertise in SketchUp and V-Ray software, showcasing the ability to create sophisticated 3D models and renderings.
- Genuine passion for design and construction, demonstrated through a portfolio of completed projects and personal initiatives.
- Exceptional organisational abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.

Note:
While proficiency in Mandarin is not a mandatory requirement, it is highly preferred due to the significant number of Mandarin-speaking customers we serve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
