Are you a creative genius with a passion for designing exceptional customer experiences?

Anglicare Sydney is on the lookout for a talented and innovative CX Designer to join our dynamic team As a CX Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions that align with project objectives and client needs. You will utilise your expertise in design principles to create visually appealing and functional outcomes. This is a full-time maximum term position for 12 months (with view to extend).

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.- Design: Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and prototypes based on project briefs and client feedback.- Create: Utilise design software and tools proficiently to produce high-quality visual assets and prototypes.- Align: Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines, usability standards, and industry best practices.- Present: Effectively present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for review and approval.- Implement: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to implement designs effectively.- Innovate: Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

Education and Experience:
- Tertiary or equivalent qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.- Proven experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Experience with web design principles and responsive design is a plus.- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
