**Team Leader / Leading hand**

Plas-Pak WA manufactures plastic bottles and containers ranging from 15ml to 10lt in a 24 hour, 5 day manufacturing facility.

We are seeking a hands on team leader / leading hand for our night shift roster who will lead a small team safely through the night ensuring that maximum productivity is maintained.
- Confidence to take charge and ensure the working environment remains safe and compliant
- Confidence in decision making
- Ideally a trade background (engineering, plant, refrigeration, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
- The ability to conduct minor repairs and adjustments to ensure machinery continues to run
- Previous plastics experience highly regarded, but not essential.

In return we will provide full time fixed roster, full training and the support for you to succeed.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to step up in their career into a new supervisor role with a small and easily manageable team which runs a "tick-over" shift and all major machine work and changes taking place throughout the day.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing & Utilities Occupations: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
