Our business is experiencing growth and we are on the hunt for an additional Customer Service / Administrative Assistant Mega star.

This role is Full-Time Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm and based in our Malaga Office

Overview Of Role

  • Scheduling of Quotes for our consultants - Liaising with the home owner, Real Estates & Tenants.
  • Scheduling of Jobs for our technicians for works to be carried out
  • Assisting customers with inquiries over the phone and via email.
  • CRM Management - Data Entry
  • Invoicing of Jobs
  • Processing of payments from clients
  • General Customer Service
  • General Office / Admin Duties
  • Data entry of quotes and sending to our account & COD clients

What we're looking for

  • Able to work autonomously and in a small team environment
  • Must have experience working with CRM systems – preferable using SIMPRO
  • Able to deal with a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to multi task
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate professionalism
