Are you a creative marketer with a knack for strategy and a love for hospitality? We’re on the lookout for a **Marketing Coordinator** to join our vibrant team at **Australian Venue Co.** and help support some of the country’s best pubs, bars, and event spaces.

This is a unique opportunity to bring your digital know-how, campaign planning skills, and brand smarts to a fast-paced, ever-evolving hospitality group. You’ll be working closely with Venue Managers and our Marketing leadership team to deliver targeted, data-driven marketing that drives real results.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Collaborating with the Venue Performance team to support marketing activity across a patch of venues
- Owning and maintaining brand standards and bibles for your cluster
- Supporting digital execution across website, EDMs, social media, and performance campaigns
- Building and executing marketing calendars aligned to revenue goals
- Managing internal stakeholder relationships (you’ll be the go-to for your venues)
- Briefing in creative, organising photoshoots, and supporting content development
- Reporting on digital performance and identifying opportunities for growth

**You’ll Bring**:

- 2+ years in a marketing or digital coordinator role
- Solid grasp of digital platforms (Meta, EDM tools, CMS, CRM)
- Confidence working with data to guide marketing decisions
- Strong communication, copywriting, and organisational skills
- Experience in hospitality or events (highly regarded)
- Positive, agile, collaborative energy — we love team players
