**What this opportunity involves**:
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be based at Tweed Heads, working for one of the fastest growing landlords in Australia. It’s a neat portfolio where you will have the ability to build your QLD network across regional locations.

We’ll offer a large amount of autonomy, strong support and interaction with the client ensuring a focused and productive working environment, with the opportunity to drive assets not only via function but also through innovation.

You’ll be responsible for all marketing related activities across these dynamic retail assets.
- Snapshot of the role;_
- Producing media and advertising requirements in line with our marketing plan. Manage website content, social media (Facebook), EDM platform and customer databases and follow JLL brand guidelines
- Plan and execute campaigns which deliver a high level of engagement
- Data acquisition across digital channels to integrate in centre activations to support campaigns
- Report on consumer insights and translate into strategies and tactics to be implemented as part of the annual marketing strategy
- Prepare sales forecasting as required including percentage rent. Review and analyse sales comparing with industry benchmarks
- Develop, prepare and execute annual marketing plans, calendars and budgets
- Assist Centre Manager/s to actively support any marketing related queries for new retailers during their launch phase

To be successful, you will have a proven track record in a similar position combined with tertiary qualifications within a related field.

You also have retail property/ shopping centre marketing experience with a demonstrated ability in developing and delivering high quality, effective and creative marketing, brand and positioning strategies and solutions.

You will be collaborative with superiors, peers and clients, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in digital, social media, planning, campaign and event management will also be needed.
