**Your new company**
Your new company is an innovative and established fintech company based on the Gold Coast. With over 50 employees and great company culture to go with it, they are looking to add Digital Marketing Manager to their marketing team, due to company growth.

**Your new role**
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be reporting into the General Manager of Marketing, as an experienced digital expert. You will be a highly analytical, well-round digital specialist executing strategies across multiple platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop end-to-end digital marketing strategies
- Manage various digital platforms such as: Google Ads, Google Optimize, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
- Drive CRO initiatives across their website.
- Report and monitor on competitor activity and category demand.
- Maintain and manage the digital marketing budget and reconcile invoices with the finance department
- Work with the General Manager of Marketing to forecast acquisition volumes, revenue and budgets on a monthly basis.
- Drive organic growth by developing the contact strategy and ensure all materials meet compliance standards.

**What you'll need to succeed**
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an analytics guru and digital performance marketing expert. You will have the following skill set:

- At least 5yrs experience in digital performance marketing in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms
- Ability to handle multi-million-dollar budgets
- Extensive experience with marketing analytics
- Strong communication
- The ability to manage multiple projects
