Marketing Manager for a fin-tech company

**Your new company**

Hays have partnered with a company that has created a finance platform that assists small businesses with their bookkeeping. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

**Your new role**

As the Marketing Manager, you will have full ownership of the marketing function for this company.

Responsibilities include:

- Liaising with their web and digital agencies for Google Adwords, SEO and website updates/changes
- Producing content and full management of social media platforms
- Assisting franchise owners with their marketing
- Onboard new franchise owners with their marketing campaigns
- Launching a series of podcasts that have been pre-recorded on social platforms
- Promotional material for conferences
- Organising campaigns to attract new franchise owners
- Maintain marketing budgets

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in the role of Marketing Manager, you will have the following skill set:

- Previous experience in a similar role managing the whole marketing function
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing marketing budgets
