Based in Queensland, we are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Account Manager - Digital Health Solutions to join our high performing Sales team. This exciting opportunity is a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract for parental leave coverage. As a key member of our team, you will contribute directly to the operational and strategic objectives of achieving rapid, profitable and sustainable sales growth.

**About the role**:

- Account management and sales achievement within the QLD territory for the DHS portfolio
- Development and execution of territory business plans
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders
- Supporting tenders, quotations, and influencing specifications to maximise success rates
- Conducting product demonstrations, site visits, and in-service education as required
- Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with WHSE and Quality Management requirements

**About you**:

- Minimum 5+ years’ sales experience within the digital or IT solutions space, ideally within the medical / healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM tools, including Salesforce
- Ability to work autonomously, travel regionally, and manage multiple priorities effectively
