**Event Operations & Team Building Leader - THRILL Events (QLD)**

**About the Role**
This is not your standard desk job. We are seeking a confident, capable **Event Operations & Team Building professional** to help us deliver world-class corporate events and dynamic team activities.
From coordinating logistics and confirming client briefs; to leading an outdoor challenges and motivating corporate teams through a creative workshops.
This role suits someone who thrives on variety — **a natural organiser and communicator** who enjoys both planning and action.
You’ll bring professionalism, presence and positivity. Along with genuine enthusiasm for helping teams of people connect and perform at their best.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate and deliver engaging team building and corporate events across Queensland and interstate.
- Manage logistics, schedules, venues, staff and suppliers for seamless event execution.
- Prepare quotes, proposals and reports using Apple Mac systems and cloud-based tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues and corporate partners.
- Support marketing with event photography and content creation.
- Lead, mentor and motivate casual facilitators and event crew.
- Represent THRILL with integrity, energy and enthusiasm — every time.
**About You**
You’re a confident communicator and natural leader who brings energy, enjoys working with people and seeing results come to life.
You bring a positive, proactive attitude, along with maturity and sound judgment gained through real-world experience.
You’ll have:
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Strong event, logistics or project management experience (corporate background highly regarded).
- Proficiency with Apple Mac systems and online tools.
- A creative eye for photography, marketing and presentation.
- The ability to lead and facilitate group activities with confidence and humour.
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate others.
- Willingness to travel interstate and work flexible hours (some weekends/evenings).
- A current driver’s licence and hands-on, can-do attitude.
- (The role involves some physical event setup and activity facilitation, ideal for someone who enjoys an active, outdoor component to their work.)_
