Are you passionate about helping others and making a real difference in your community? **The Community Services Traineeship Program**is your chance to turn your passion into a profession

**WorkVentures and Uniting** are partnering to offer a **full-time, paid 18-month traineeship**, giving **six individuals** the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a **Certificate III in Community Services.**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- As a Community Services Trainee, you’ll start by shadowing professionals and gaining hands-on exposure to the sector through Uniting’s wide range of services.
- You’ll contribute to real initiatives that support local individuals and families — including Uniting programs connected to aged care, family and youth services, housing, and the NDIS.
- Build confidence, professional skills, and a strong foundation in community work.

**What’s Included**
- Full-time paid traineeship (18 months).
- Certificate III in Community Services (with 2 study days per week).
- Mentorship from WorkVentures and Uniting staff (including Disability and First Nations experience mentors).
