**Key Responsibilities for SEO & Google Ads (PPC) Specialist**

**Strategy Development**

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and Google Ads strategies tailored to diverse client goals, supported by detailed roadmaps covering on-page, off-page, and paid media plans.

**Keyword Research & Targeting**

Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to identify high-impact opportunities and align targeting with campaign objectives and ROI goals.

**Competitor & Market Analysis**

Perform thorough competitor analysis to uncover gaps, benchmark performance, and refine SEO and PPC strategies using actionable insights.

**Campaign Execution & Optimisation**

Plan, launch, and manage high-performing SEO and Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Maps, and Performance Max, continuously optimising to improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

**Ad Copy & Content Development**

Create and test compelling ad copy and collaborate on SEO content strategies to maximise engagement and drive conversions.

**Technical SEO & Site Audits**

Regularly audit websites to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with search engine guidelines.

**Tracking, Analytics & Attribution**

Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and remarketing audiences, leveraging GA4 and Google Tag Manager for data accuracy and campaign analysis.

**Reporting & Insights**

Prepare and present monthly performance reports with clear KPIs, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations to guide ongoing improvements.

**Client Communication & Collaboration**

Educate clients on campaign strategies, progress and outcomes, and collaborate with stakeholders to align SEO and PPC efforts with broader marketing and business goals.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**

Work closely with web developers, content team and onshore/offshore SEO & Google Ads team to ensure SEO & PPC strategies are developed and implemented effectively with broader digital marketing goals.

**Project & Resource Management**

Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously with a highly organised workflow, while leading both offshore and onshore teams to ensure timely and effective task execution.

**Industry Awareness & Continuous Learning**

Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, PPC trends, and platform updates, incorporating best practices into ongoing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads (PPC) management or similar role in a digital marketing agency or in-house team.
- Strong understanding of SEO & PPC, including on-page and off-page optimisation, technical on-page & off-page checks and content strategy.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz and others.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients
