**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Don’t want to be stuck behind a desk? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Bibra Lake WA 6163 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. You will be working around our branch and yards and will work closely with your team to:

- Maintain a safe, productive and enjoyable work environment and adhere to WHS regulations.
- Ensure there is completion of Site & Staff Training Inductions, Chain of Responsibility inspections and Safe Work Observations for all completed in all areas required.
- Ensure all contractors, truck drivers and asset transporters are inducted.
- Ensure all incidents/hazards/near misses are reported to our internal WHS System, Skytrust.
- General cleaning and maintenance of sites, equipment and grounds
- Manage a maintenance and cleaning plan, including the coordination of waste management and recycling
- Perform general building repairs as required
- Manage the cost of repairs & maintenance works to achieve best outcome

**ABOUT YOU**
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Knowledge of WHS regulations and procedures with previous exposure to WH&S Role highly regarded
- Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (Desirable)
- Hold a current and valid forklift license (Desirable)
- High attention to detail
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
