Protek WA – Live Site Building and Maintenance

At Protek WA, we specialise in live-site refurbishments and commercial maintenance across WA. We are seeking a Maintenance Labourer to join our Roofing team delivering scheduled gutter and downpipe cleaning works.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong safety mindset, trade experience, and a reliable, professional approach to client service.

What you'll do
  • Carry out scheduled gutter and downpipe cleaning works across government sites such as schools and fire stations
  • Learn to identify roofing and gutter defects such as gutter replacements and roof leaks
  • Support leading hands to create defect reports by taking photos and measurements
  • Work with roofing teams to maintain a clean and safe site during live operations by collecting debris from garden beds and blower vacuuming footpaths.
About you
  • Experience on building sites as a labourer or trade assistant
  • Current or able to obtain a Working at Heights certificate, White Card, and WA Driver's Licence.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Safety-first attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy early starts and early finishes in the summer
