**The Position**
- Coordinate and supervise site installation, testing and commissioning activities, and ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely
- Oversight of work productivity and quality for the team
- Schedule and coordinate worker rosters
- Assist management with project planning and scheduling
- Manage team of operators for earthworks construction operating machinery such as excavators, rollers, trucks and water carts
- Manage trades, contractors and suppliers
- Coordinate maintenance of machines and maintain maintenance logs
- Communicate effectively with project director and engineering resources
- Implement WHS Management Plan on site
- Assist with manual labour, machine operation and other activities, as required

Applicant Skills:

- 3+ years’ experience in power station or civil construction
- Trade or relevant degree qualification highly desirable
- Experience with dam construction or earthworks highly desirable
- Clear, direct communication style
- White Card
- Current WA Driver’s license or interstate equivalent

**Location**

For the first 6 months the role will be based near Walpole (min 75% of time, Monday-Friday). Following completion of the Pumped-Up Walpole site works, time may be split between our Perth office in Bibra Lake and WA south coast/other project sites by agreement.

Accommodation at Walpole provided as required.

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
