**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- Participating in Recruitment and Selection activities
- Supporting Managers with Onboarding and Induction requirements
- Preparation of HR documentation
- Contributing to the development and implementation of local HR Policies and Procedures
- Supporting with initiatives to drive engagement and team culture
- Reporting and Metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assisting with cyclical HR activities and HR Projects as required

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required at minimum.
- Experience in Human Resources with 3-5 years’ experience in a generalist role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Great influencing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to deal with conflicting deadlines and priorities.
