**HRBP (**Bi**lingual Mandarin**/English)**

**About the role**
Our client is a global medical device company who is looking for a capable Human Resources Business Partner to support their growing business in Australia. Your role will be to develop and deliver a range of HR activities and support day-to-day HR operations that enhance the effectiveness of the local team. This position is based in Melbourne.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- In charge of full-cycle HR processes including recruitment, contracting, onboarding, employee induction and offboarding in line with local legal requirements.
- Demonstrate strength in Employee Relations and performance management, negotiation, mentoring and coaching local teams.
- Employee Benefits Management, including but not limited to implementing employee welfare activities, reviewing and updating local HR policies and procedures (i.e. employee insurance plan, employee handbooks, domestic travel policy) on an annual basis.
- Learning and Development Management, including delivering and coordinating training resources for local employees and managers.
- Promote and implement HR initiatives that are consistent with the organisation’s HR strategies and projects to the local team as required.
- HR operation support:

- Issue and promote the company's core values, drive, influence and maintain a good atmosphere in the branch office.
- Liaise with the government on all labour-related issues, and ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with local laws;
- Other ad hoc HR-related activities are required from the local GM.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree’s or above, major in Human Resources, Sociology or related disciplines is preferred.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the HR field and experience in working within a diverse and multicultural workplace are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated to operate independently and also as part of a team.
- Passionate to learn, open-minded and highly proactive.
- Familiar with essential office software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
