Due to a recent internal promotion an opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Group HR team. As HRBP you will report into the HR Manager - GRS and have the opportunity to further develop and hone your skills supporting one of our largest business units.

As a HRBP in our business you will be responsible for supporting, coaching and providing daily guidance to leaders and employees within your client group, and help to drive and develop our MMSG 'Better Together' culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Support both employees and leaders, and represent the business in termination and dismissal processes.
- Assist with engagement survey analysis for business units and creation of packs for team communication. Support leaders in implementing change based on engagement survey feedback.
- Collaborate with leaders and managers to identify and evaluate succession plans for each business unit.
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- The ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organisation's hierarchy, jobs, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Proficiency with HRIS Systems, and ideally with Workday.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including remuneration, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and fair work / employment laws.
