Quality Manager Veteran Services | 3-4 Days per Week (maternity cover)
Position located at RSL Life Care’s St Leonards Head Offices
12-month Contract

Opportunity:
As our Quality Manager Veteran Services (4-day week), you will work in partnership with the Head of Business Development, Veteran Services, to provide leadership excellence in relation to the quality, governance, assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement of RSL LifeCare Veteran Services operations. The position forms part of the Quality Compliance and Improvement Team to create a community of practice.
You’ll also:
- Develop a high performing quality and outcome focused culture within Veteran Services.- Lead and drive the implementation of the new Veteran Services Outcomes Framework.- Lead the review and development of the veteran services policy framework.- Support training to develop leading professionalised veteran services unit.- Develop and manage productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Defence, ESO’s, community service providers, relevant Government agencies and customers.
We need you to have:
- Demonstrable quality management experience in a health or human services sector.- An obvious capability and tenure in quality and assurance leadership.- Ability to manage multiple competing stakeholder demands in a time critical environment.- 5+ years’ experience in managing health or human services, e.g Veterans services, homelessness services, mental health, alcohol and drug would be highly desirable.- Knowledge of or experience with the Australian Defence Force would also be highly desirable.We can offer you:
