As General Manager you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and business development activities necessary to grow our presence in the aged care sector.
Suited to an accomplished Aged Care leader, you will have exceptional people skills, in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements along with experience in financial management, and reporting.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to establish and grow our home care services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement efficient processes and systems to support service delivery, client management, and workforce coordination.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and financial reporting.
