**About the role**

This role will assist in implementing the HCF Health Concierge to plan and to ensure operational efficiencies, whilst also coordinating activities with the broader Health team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist with key Health Concierge projects and reporting.
- Research and present potential new Health Concierge initiatives.
- Participate in internal/external stakeholder meetings.
- Support the Health Concierge team with relevant projects or initiatives.
- Efficient administration of Health Concierge operations including:

- First line responses to enquiries in the shared Coach Inbox
- Taking inbound calls from members and assisting with their enquiries
- Coordinating inbound and outbound mail for the Health Concierge function
- Make follow up calls to invited members to recruit them into the program
- Ensure smooth and efficient processes are followed to meet service level agreements
- Complaints coordination related to health and wellbeing programs
- Support Frontline staff with member enquiries regarding current disease management programs
- Assist with delivery of Health Concierge projects and activations
- Accurate recording of information and compilation of reports
