**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced Human Factors Lead to join our Safety Engineering & Assurance team, based in Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the Human Factors Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting projects in the development and delivery of Human Factors Integration, by working with delivery teams to identify and manage Human Factors deliverables across the project life cycle.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Develop and deliver Human Factors plans and assurance arguments
- Develop and deliver Human Factors Issues identification, documentation, and management
- Develop and deliver Human Factors Derived Requirements definition, documentation, and management
- Develop and deliver Human Factors analyses, activities, and deliverables through project lifecycle
- Provide input into Design activities and deliverables
- Provide input into Safety Assurance activities and deliverables
- Provide input into Systems Engineering and System Assurance activities and deliverables
- Coordinate and communicate Human Factors program of work with project teams and stakeholders

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a recognised Human Factors / Ergonomics discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience with Human Factors Integration in the rail industry
- Application of Human Factors Integration processes and standards
- Application of Human Factors methods
- Experience of managing internal and external organisational interfaces
- Management of Human Factors issues
