Join Pioneer Water Tanks for a more rewarding sales experience As the Market Leader in Rural Steel Lined Water Tanks, Pioneer have a steady flow of genuine enquiries with amazing clients who are discerning and prioritise quality and understand that Pioneer represents the absolute best in water tank engineering and long term quality water storage.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from a leading sales specialist & upskill yourself. In addition, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

- Be the go-to person for inbound customer inquiries, delivering top-notch service with quick follow-ups.
- Craft detailed and accurate quotes that convert leads into happy customers.
- Build meaningful relationships with rural clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Keep everything running smoothly with admin duties like updating pricing and maintaining CRM systems
- Assist with some marketing tasks as needed.
- Help the General Manager and Rural Sales Division keep operations running smoothly

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you’ll be a motivated self-starter who loves putting customers first and building strong, lasting relationships with everyone you work with

In addition to the above, you will/have:

- A positive, go-getter attitude and a passion for achieving great results
- At least 1 year of experience in inbound sales
- A talent for building strong relationships and working well in a team
- Clear and confident communication, both written and spoken
- Comfortable handling phone calls, managing inquiries, and following up with customers
- Super organised and able to work independently
- Great at understanding customer needs and offering helpful solutions
- Comfortable using Microsoft apps and familiar with social media
- Knowing your way around CRM tools like Maximizer

It is also highly desired if you have previous sales experience within the rural or agricultural context
