- Deliver and oversee a diverse work program that includes development and communication of strategic insights, performance reporting & analysis and strategy design/delivery; whilst reporting to a client base at the CEO/ Executive Leadership team and Ministerial level.
- Lead, motivate and guide a high-performing and diverse team, from a range of professional backgrounds including: strategic analysts, economists and data analysts.
- Build and maintain trusted networks and manage stakeholders to work collaboratively across TIQ, partner agencies and a range of external stakeholders.
- Manage non-financial performance input for the Service Delivery Statements on an annual basis.
- Work with the TIQ Executive on the development and/or review of the strategic plan and annual organisation operational/business plans to ensure objectives are aligned.
- Oversee organisational reporting, including client survey design, the analysis of TIQ's performance using Salesforce (CRM) and CAMMS; and the interpretation of results and trends presented through the business intelligence software (Power-BI).
- Support the design, development, implementation and maintenance of performance measurement, analysis and reporting frameworks/strategies, including providing advice and performance information to be included in the annual report.
- Provide accurate and up to date data for key external material prepared by the wider team including the annual report, parliamentary statements and media releases.
